Did you know: 

  • Recent findings challenge the idea that Child Protection procedures create barriers and threats to volunteers. The research, conducted by sportscotland, found that volunteers supported the need for CRB disclosures and Child Protection. 75% of volunteers stated that disclosures give confidence that clubs provide a safe environment. Findings suggested that volunteers found a lack of time as a more significant barrier to volunteering.
