The Waterways and Environment Department has set up a Frequently Asked Questions section to help answer the questions it has been receiving. The FAQS will be updated as and when needed. It is to be a dynamic document as we know that the waterways and environment situation changes from time to time.
- The Waterways and Environment team is a very small team and staff may be out of the office for several days at a time. With this in mind, for administration purposes and to ensure we keep track of enquiries sent to us, we prefer all access-related enquiries to be placed into a single Waterways and Environment department receiving point.
