Do you know what to do and who to go to if you are worried, upset or concerned about anything?
Below is our Paddlesafe leaflet which gives you details of who you could speak to if you have a concern. You can download it here to print off and keep. We also have some handy credit card sized cards that you can carry around. Ask for them at your club/centre or you can contact us direct and we will pop one in the post.
At your club or centre there should be a Club Welfare Officer. Do you know their name? If you are not sure, ask your coach or get your parent or carer to check it out. You can then add their name to the leaflet.
